Independent software studio · Since 2026

We build software products and keep running them.

Obsurvive is an independent studio. We make our own software, launch it, and stay to operate it. Today that's Journzy, a workspace for authors, and Fairly, a fair way to split shared expenses.

01 / What we do

Our own software, on our own roadmap.

We build digital products end to end and run them ourselves. No client work, no contracts-for-hire. Just our own software on our own roadmap. That means we're on the hook for the whole life of a product, not only the launch, which is exactly how we want it.

02 / What we're building

Journzy

A workspace for authors taking a manuscript from draft to a finished, publishable book. Writing tools, an editor's eye, and a hard rule: your book stays yours. We never train models on your manuscript.

Fairly

The fair way to split shared expenses. Say what happened, snap a receipt or type a line, and Fairly drafts the split, explains it, and settles the group in the fewest transfers. It never moves money without your tap.

03 / How we work

We're privately held and independent, so we answer to the people who use our products. We host in the EU, we don't sell data, and we build things to last rather than to flip. If that sounds slow, it is. Deliberately so.

  • i. Own what you build. We operate our products ourselves. When something breaks, the people who made it fix it.
  • ii. Your data is yours. We don't sell customer data, and we don't train models on the work you trust us with.
  • iii. Small and durable beats big and brief. We'd rather run a few products well for a long time than launch many and abandon most.
