This Privacy Policy explains how Obsurvive, Inc. ("Obsurvive," "we," "us") collects and processes personal data through obsurvive.com and, where it links here, our products. We are the data controller.

3. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Statement. Any non-essential cookie would be off by default and set only after you opt in.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the service, under data-processing agreements: Vercel, Stripe, Mercury [[ EMAIL / LLM VENDORS — TODO ]]. We may disclose data where legally required.
5. International transfers
We are US-based and use US-based providers. Where personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA/UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where needed. 6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed: account data for the life of your account plus a reasonable period; enquiry data up to 24 months; server logs up to 90 days; longer only where law requires.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your rights — EU / EEA / UK
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it anytime. Email [email protected]; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (for example, in Spain the AEPD,www.aepd.es; in the UK the ICO).
9. Your rights — Canada
We handle personal information under PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25. You may request access to or correction of your information and withdraw consent by emailing [email protected], which reaches the individual responsible for our privacy compliance. Non-essential tracking is off by default and used only with consent. We report privacy breaches as required by law.
10. Your rights — United States
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal data and targeted advertising. We do none of those. Where applicable we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Email [email protected]; we won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
Our sites and products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact [email protected] and we will delete any we learn we have.

We post changes here and update the date above; material changes are flagged clearly.
